DOORS interview Questions

I was wondering if anyone can point me to some sample DOORS interview questions and also the topics to pay attention to. And, how do we modify the access rights of an individual user? (do we right click on the user name and modify them?)

From the context of the User (i.e. Manage users >>Select User):

• you can put that user into User Groups
• you can modify the "type" of user which modifies that user's "Powers" (e.g. "Database Manager", "Standard")
• you can tweak details

From the context of a Project/Folder/Module/Object/Link/View/AttrDef/AttrVal:

• you can adjust accesses, such as providing a Group certain access.

It seems best practice to me to have several User Groups associated with each project, and these groups are provided suitable access.  You then adjust who can access the project by managing the Group's memberships.  So for project "ABC-Reqs", perhaps these groups:

• ABC-Reqs_Admins    RMCDA access to the Project
• ABC-Reqs_ReqWriters     RMCD access to the Requirements folder
• ABC-Reqs_CPS         CPS Managers
• ABC-Reqs_Readers   R access to the Project

Often adjusting rights (e.g. add a user) is a relative disaster, as things below with "specific" rights will need to be manually adjusted likewise.  Much easer to have the accessses in place and just add the user to the appropriate group.
